I use Garmin watches since ever (see here) and I finally found the solution on how to mount the watch on the handlebar of the bike! This is also a very cheap and easy solution!

You can find all the necessary stuff inside the Triathlon bundle box. In particular you need the quick release kit. The problem is that wearing the watch 24h/7 I'm not comfortable with such a big tool. I don't like its appereance too. The easy solution is to buy a watch strap with a quick release machanism. This make the removing of the straps easyer and faster and you can link the watch to the bike in seconds.

AWESOME!

You can buy a original Garmin's watch strap for 50 euros or a non original one for less then 10 euros.... it's your choice!

Since I'm curious, I weighed all the stuff composing this solution (watch without straps and quick release kit handlebar mount) and I was surprised to see the result! Only 58 grams! Take in mind that the watch with its straps weight 51 grams!!

A friend of mine gave me a late 90s Mountain Bike... Eagle model Eclipse. I checked it and a realized it was very good, no rust and no big problems. So I decided to invest some time and some money to transform it in a Monster Gravel Cross.  My goal was to restore it as well as I could and to change tyres installing a model more sliding and less extreme but the main change it would be installing a road handlebar. This bike install a 7x3 groupset/chainring and it is very difficult to find the correct road shifters/levers but I eventually found them on Aliexpress and I bought them immediately.

Grazie alla forza di volontà, alla magnetorapia, alla fortuna e a non so nemmeno io che cosa.... a distanza di poco meno di due mesi dalla frattura della clavicola ho voluto ritornare a fare il giro che avrei dovuto fare quel giorno. Per fortuna questa volta è andato tutto bene! Ho fatto un video (lunghissimo) che descrive un po' il giro che secondo me è uno dei più belli qui nella zona.

Finalmente è finita anche questa dsavventura.... tolto il tutore resta il male in alcuni movimenti ma per fortuna sono tornato libero! Dopo esattamente due mesi posso correre, andare in bici e fare quello che mi pare! Così ecco il terzo video della serie.... ed è quasi pronto il video del rientro. Per festeggiare e per allontanare la paura, ho deciso di andare a fare il giro che dovevo fare proprio quel 27 dicembre della caduta... mi sono divertito un sacco, il giro è meraviglioso ma vedrete le immagini! ...e durante la pedalata mi sono venute alcue idee... anticipo che mi piacerebbe rifare quello stesso giro con la gravel e anche con una monster cross che sto finendo di sistemare (arriverà il video anche di questa avventura!) per capire se davvero ci sono vantaggi concreti usando queste tipologie di biciclette. Il percorso è molto vario: asfalto, sterrato e alcuni tratti molto sconnessi, per cui si presta bene ad un confronto diretto tra queste tre categorie. Ho la mia idea in proposito, ma aspettiamo di vedere come vanno i test e poi scriverò cosa ne penso...
